Each individual may register and operate only one (1) account on the melayu4d Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Melayu4D strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Melayu4D will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
Melayu4D may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Standard KYC documents may include a copy of your government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or passport), proof of residential address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Players who fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by melayu4d may have their account suspended.
Melayu4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are determined by your VIP tier.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawal processing times are generally within 15 minutes for verified accounts, though melayu4d reserves the right to extend this period during peak periods or for security review purposes.
All funds deposited into your melayu4d account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Melayu4D reserves the right to request evidence confirming the lawful origin of funds at any time.
All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback awards, loyalty points, and promotional offers extended to Players are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion and to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion.
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, systematic low-risk hedging strategies, or any form of bonus collusion — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to active wagering requirements will expire if the applicable wagering turnover is not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion.
All games available on the melayu4d Platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, are conducted by professionally trained human dealers following standardised game procedures. In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets and associated payouts shall be considered void. Melayu4D reserves the right to take appropriate action against any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, including the immediate suspension of the account, recovery of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.
All content on the melayu4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of melayu4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of melayu4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melayu4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Melayu4D does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In all circumstances, melayu4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in your account balance at the time the claim arose.
Melayu4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; a Player's activity poses a risk of harm to melayu4d, other players, or the integrity of the Platform; or any applicable legal or regulatory obligation requires such action.
In the event of account closure by melayu4d for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your melayu4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you are advised to withdraw any remaining real money balance. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be forfeited.
